Lansinoh is a well known brand that makes many breastfeeding and breast-pumping products. They are a 35 year old company created by a new mom with an interest in helping other moms with their breastfeeding journey. Their customer service is known for being very good as well.

The SmartPump 2.0 is the newest pump for Lansinoh. This pump is a very good pump option and works very efficiently.

• Efficient, Strong suction
• Flanges have a comfortable rim which is a more unique feature
• Option for battery operated (6 AA batteries)

This pump is smaller yet still very powerful. It is very efficient at pumping and comparable to other top electric pump brands. It is compact and easy to use. Some complaints could be the rechargeable option really isn’t there–you would have to use rechargeable AA batteries to “recharge” the pump. It might be easier to have a pump that just plugs in and charges for some mamas.

Signature Pro Double Electric Breast Pump

Signature Pro Double Electric Breast Pump is a less expensive alternative to the SmartPump. It could be a backup pump or a pump for a part-time pumper. It may not be able to handle a full load, multiple times a day pumping sessions. Lansinoh does have a nice app that works really well with their pumps.

This pump is very small, quiet and portable with the option of having a battery option if you need it. The only problem is the same as the SmartPump, where the batteries are not rechargeable. This pump is also simple and easy to use. The comfort flanges are a nice feature that many women like.
