Two Super Easy & Quick Lactation Recipes for Breast Pumping Success
Here are a few fast lactation recipes to help you in your pumping journey.

🥣 Oatmeal Almond Butter Lactation Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon brewer’s yeast (optional but great for lactation)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1–2 dates (for natural sweetness)
- Handful of ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately—or take it with you in a shaker cup while pumping!

🍪 No-Bake Chocolate Chip Lactation Bites
Why it’s great:
This lactation recipe is great because these bites are easy to prep, easy to eat with one hand while pumping, and full of galactagogues like oats, flax, and brewer’s yeast. *Brewer’s yeast seems to be a very useful ingredient for lactation, although is may not be the greatest tasting to some.*
